This is a quote that stood to me since I started doing muay thay and I believe this is so true I decided to make a video about it.

Think about it: How many people only like to do the minimum that is expected from them? You might even found yourself trapped in this situation. I say that because I was there.

During a big part of my life, I did only the minimum of what was expected from me. And it took me nowhere in life.

Lately I was training to run a 20 mile marathon, but, instead, I pushed myself further and ran 26.2 miles. And this is the mindset you need to be able to cultivate.

In today's video, I'm going to talk about how you need to develop the "go the extra mile mindset" and how it greatly benefits you in terms of success, goal achievement and more!
