It's absolutely true that you can't out alpha the government.
But who says you can't have a Russian or Chinese Bank or money market account? Let alone banks in Latin America?

Bitcoin is already used by an entire country as a default form of actual currency to be able to pay taxes and basically commence and do commerce, this alone guarantees that it's never going to lose all its value.
As we go forward more countries are going to adopt the same with other forms of cryptocurrencies but Bitcoin will continue to be there It may fluctuate absolutely but it will never completely become worthless.

All I'm saying is, if you can diversify your portfolio you should also diversify your governments as well. Companies do this all the time on a much larger scale and so should you at the microscale.
Safe for example I have $100,000. I want to put that someplace where I'm not going to get taxed for simply having money.
So I can put it in a Russian bank account or even a Chinese bank account or places where I can put it in a retirement account with a retirement visa and not have to worry about ever having to deal with the IRS as once that money is there it's there.

Especially if it's in a Russian bank because Russia doesn't give a shit about the IRS anymore nor any other EU derivative that is going to request them to hand over financial data.
Especially with what happened with all these Russian oligarchs having their funds confiscated.

All I'm saying is there are some things that I can agree upon but again we're talking about TFM who works in the financial market and you have to take that with a grain of salt because again he is working in the financial market exclusively and therefore if you're in that market it behooves you to stay in that market and again talk about your own product.

If TFM was in the business of selling Bitcoin or cryptocurrency then obviously there would be an absolute change in attitude however, he is absolutely correct that it's just like anything else where you could have it one day and it could disappear tomorrow and because there's no guarantees it's absolutely a betting game.

So I still look at cryptocurrency as just like going to Las Vegas However, with everything in life risk usually equals reward.
