Even with reduced demands of Crude oil to China, Russia still has large market for their oil elsewhere with LNG being the big one that forecasts no end in demand for at least the next 30 years until there is a significant & catastrophic population slump in Asia alone.
That does not seem to be the case for India, and they are going to increase exports of every kind trying to catch up with China & the rest of the west.
But due to their less than Ideal habits, crude, oil along with all manners of burning fuel for heat or cooking is not going to slow down for the foreseeable 50 years as India is set for the mass majority to remain India and its culture.
