@DIO DOOM NUTZ_TALICHADJESUS33: actually come to think of it, the ocean is likely the better route, because nobody owns the ocean, so it's maybe cheaper to take that sand than to go to some country to take their sand, that they would likely try to sell because it's being used in everything we use, but extracting it from the sea also can't be good at some point, imagine a storm or a earth quake takes place, taking that sand at some point might be detrimental to the land where it's near, and could cause far more damage and could lead to loss in life potentially.
