What a joke, anyone who came up to me while I was working out, and said anything REMOTELY like this to me, they'd have been bitch-slapped with a 20-pound dumb-bell.
This explains why most times I see Planet 'Fitness' shirts they're 3+X & the lardasses wearing them obviously don't share the same definition of 'fitness' with me.
Soy protein = soy gains.
Maybe gyms should replace steam rooms with cry rooms and offer a safe space panic room when someone goes Karen and slaps an alarm because they're triggered by lifting.
