The evidence of "continuous fabricated delays" might suggest that this company is using these funds or profit, by "parking" them into interest/dividends bearing accounts, and have over-extending themselves to the point that they don't have funds available to give you your money back, i.e. "Fractional Reserve Banking". Yea, I think that maybe the case but at least their last email I didn't look at as thought it was some more bullshit they said now the could send the money back to sender if issues persisit
