It's a bit amusing how tfm complains about how his weight loss isn't working and how he's plateauing on it, but when someone tries to give him advice he instantly brushes them off and just remarks how 'everyone's an expert', and how he knows what he's doing. My nigga, you literally say nearly every show how what you're doing isn't working. It's baffling how against exercise he is. He acts like people are telling him to work out every hour of every day. You only need to work out like 1 hour dude. Back when I was regularly going to the boxing gym, I ate 5-6 times a day and only worked out for about an hour, and I weighed less then than I do now. He really seems to not know as much about diet and exercise as he likes to think he does, and is unreasonably defensive of anyone trying to give him advice.
