I've often seen white nationalists point out the higher testosterone of africans and how that makes them animals, as opposed to the refined, effeminate, white man. To be fair, feminine races of men are smarter, even though actual women are dumb. That's because feminine men still have to support everything in a society, thus they have to be smarter to make up for their lack of athletic ability.
How to do stimulus right (in my opinion):
In Hungary the prime minister anounced that families will get back their complete 2020 income tax payment. (if the GDP is above a certain level) So no more money is printed, no more money is put in circulation, but quite the amount of money for the families to spend and to stimulate the economy. I do not have a family but I genuinely agree with this method.
