it's true the pharaohs didn't have modern medicine, but pyramids on the inside are quite cool in comparison to the outside. it's because the stone serves as an insulator to the desert heat. same with the buildings that were half buried.

if i had my choice living in the desert, i would most certainly build a under ground house. because of the natural cooling of the earth, and the funny thing about this idea is it can also serve as an insulator for winter conditions because the earth keeps a temperature above 40 degrees. in fact i believe some houses would be better off built partially under ground, ppl who live in Arizona all have central cooling because it's super hot most of the year. and if the power were ever to go out they would suffer because the houses are above ground and dependent on the air conditioning.

if they were partially buried, they would be much cooler and would use less cooling even if you still used central cooling. it's the same thing for the heating in the house.
back in the day ppl used to dig themselves cellars right next to their houses for food storage during the winter so they would have plenty of food to eat during the winter and their cellars would be a bit deeper depending on the location's heat during certain times of the year.

but the information came from the off the grid earthship community, if you want to live off the grid and get a cheap living this is the way to go, or if you still want to be on the grid but still save this is also a great way to go because when it comes down to electricity, cooling, heating, and the overall cost. these houses are great especially with today's technology in the advancements of saving.

just a little note" i'm not a green earth free loving hippy. i just like to save and want to help others also save, because the more you save the more free you are.

alright i'm done with my rant lol.

weird, the TFM show on halsey's channel.
i know it's been done in the past but that was usually a mirror because TFM recorded his own show. but i understand because his pc was having issues. i know that's like all to well, as i just replaced my hard drive with a new hard drive ssd.

now all my programs will run a fuck ton faster. and load screens in my heavily modded skyrim are a thing of the past.
