I was wonder TFM since it seems possible to i have the residency for El Salvador should i move there myself an create a company .The country is patriarchal and but i just fear i won't be accepted since i'm half black .

it's not just Canada with this mercantilism system. All British commonwealth territories have this. In Oceania they also have a special division AND you have to pay special foreign taxes for trying to avail of cheaper fees for investing outside. (cheaper fees so you can make more money but you're punished for it with special taxes)
they also have overblown housing issues just like Canada's with environmental protectionism and nimby's and restricted land zoning
they want you to invest all your money in the domestic housing bubble pyramid or their own domestic investment funds (which have higher expenses) to sustain the mercantilism system. If you try to invest internationally to make money either through risk (like crypto) or cheaper fees, you're punished with a special tax. If you want no punishment, either invest in 1. domestic brokers only with higher fees and less risk making less money 2. or in the housing bubble pyramid. protectionist-mercantilism.
I agree with the containers. I watched one a couple of years ago and the price after land and taxes and fees and construction was almost the same as an actual house. Although they're popular with engineers who live on site.
I agree with sypher. yeah, the pacific has it's pros and cons. outside of Singapore, it is a hot and humid s#&t-hole BUT with cheaper living. the cheaper price comes with lower standard of living. but for those who wash with the soap, it is 100 percent true. "where there is poverty, there is pussy ;)"
