@02:51:41 Lol.... in Mexico, killing a dog is actually pretty serious and will cause the tyrannical, corrupt govt to crash down upon you.
However, in what TFM is describing... nobody would make a fuss if he did stab the dog even before the dog bit him. If the dog is running around the street, barking at people right outside their home & even closing in to bite range, it's the owners fault if the dog is harmed/killed. TFM was being (VERY) nice when he warned the owner. If the police showed up for something like that, which is incredibly unlikely, they'd tell the guy to stop wasting their fucking time and to put the dog on a leash before they arrest his dumb ass.
