‘The violence has been incited from outside’ – Putin on Dagestan incident

Speaking with the members of the Civic Chamber of Russia, President Putin touched upon the topic of the recent incident in Dagestan. Prompted by the ongoing Middle East hostilities, he said that the violence was incited from outside – including from Ukraine, and that the West was trying to incite Jewish pogroms within Russia, using its ‘Ukrainian friends’ as a tool
