Personally I Think it is all a Quackery Racket as I have gone through some Dark Times and reached out to the people that can help and should help and the said I was too much of a basket case for them and if im not taking head meds or taking theirs then im passed down the road aka pass the buck to someone else and knew that would happen and told them all to fuck themselves you cant help me and funny now they are all like oh wait we can help you whereas before they didnt bother.
Im skeptical I checked out Restore and they are good yet have some issues and sound too good to be true, maybe they are better or maybe they are a feel good scam wirh their arts and farts "courses"
If they can help you and give them the benefit of the doubt or get real results otherwise join that Rsge Retreat of Feninazis and say you Identify as a Woman and go scream in the woods at the bears like a banshee that would probably be money well spent if these "THERAPY GROUPS/HELP" TURN OUT TO BE A QUACK RACKET or if they Cant help BASKET CASES, on Restore Website former CEO a WHITE MAN (HAD TO LEAVE) and not clearly mentioned why yet who takes his place a female named Libby, Now Im not sure there if due to False allegations there so she can get his job or she is the best person while he has to step down for his own health or other reasons. To me something fishy and sus there and is a foot.
Other than that if anythingis of interest and can help you then do so seek help.
