The French women of WWII are the most peak example of this. Men from their 'tribes' were being marched off to ditches to be shot while the French women survived by laying on their backs for whichever 'tribe' was in charge. Even after they were liberated by allies French women couldn't resist parting their thighs for Americans and Englishmen.

Why are women behaving like war brides hundreds/thousands of years after the practice of massacring a tribe and taking their women came to an end? Because the cultural checks and balances on female behavior are gone, and this because the culture itself is in decline due to the decline of religious faith. Even more fundamentally because of contraception, which removes the biological penalty for promiscuity. And also because there are subversive forces (eg radical Marxists) at work who seek to divest human beings of their culture, identity and dignity, and then turn them into animals again which can easily be controlled. There is a chapter called "Degradation" in L. Ron Hubbard's book "Brainwashing" which describes what is being done to the west. Western nations are being degraded through an atheistic overemphasis on man as an animal rather than as a spiritual being capable of self-restraint and nobility. If man sees himself as an animal and as stimulus-and-response, then he gradually absolves himself of free will and choice, and then reverts to animal behavior.
