They're desperate to hide this

i tend to think he's on some drugs that didn't kick in, in time for the debate which is why he looked like a bafoon lol, but then again he slurs words and forgets the year all the time even when the drugs are in his system, anyway the reason why he refused the drug test when Trump demanded he take it before the debate really showed people just how much control the administration are taking care of him, like you see trump only what, 5 years younger and you don't see these dramatic changes in his demeanor like in Biden, yeah they are both old guys, but biden who often shits himself lol and falls asleep or forgets details or is even given approved questions by the white house to give him a leg up on the debate is still running under Trump and can't keep up, so even when he's given a cheat sheet in questions he can't pony up on the questions, it's a total joke, this man needs to be in a rest home.

and i'm very surprised how spry Trump is at his age, because most men his age would be acting just as biden but he's not, and he took the drug test to prove this.

my own dad who is at only 79 is already showing signs of dementia just like Biden, and my dad falls asleep during a lot of conversations even the conversations he creates, he forgets details, but he's super stubborn so when it comes to being stubborn he has good memory, he won't talk to me because of a little scam that i called out last year and i tried to tell him it was a romance scammer and he chose to ignore me and go for it anyway, he didn't want me to tell the family but i felt i had no choice, because i knew if there was a chance to stop him, invoking the family he would stop, but no, he was once again too stubborn and he was scammed for it and gave away a sum of his money to this person who he never met, he deserves this outcome and will get no sympathy from me, and now he just won't talk to me or much of anyone in the family.
