There is no argument to use race for selecting for jobs or entrants into a university or any other area of life. There are always opportunities in life base on your current skill set. If you want to do and be more, then you have to become more. Any other way is immoral. Having said that, I have no problems with scholars ships or financial aid for those who first showed they could perform.
