Well, I call it the Atlantis Protocol: They killing Freedom Loving White People. They've been doing it for eons. I found like five or six Atlantises each one approximately 500 to 1,000 years apart... I believe the 10 Kings of Atlantis were 10 kingdoms, ie outposts. They did not have the word governor back them; so, a king would do... at the outposts.
