Yup. If you can't be seen, you can't become a target. Schools I went to, everybody picked that up quick, black or not.
Regardless of skin color i think many of use who have never been in crime even feel this way about the lying bullies in blue light cars! I personally have never been in trouble with the police, but i avoid them at all cost. they do the Man's dirty work with inpunity .
I don’t blame him cause he has many reasons to not trust law enforcement, Heck I don’t fully trust them either and I try not to be dependent on the police for protection. I’d rather own a fire arm instead. : )
