Thousands in Bangladesh demand government's resignation

Members of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) have marched en masse in Dhaka, to protest against the killing of a student leader by police on Saturday, in Bancharampur.

The party has been holding nationwide rallies since September, demanding the resignation of the current government and calling for new elections.
