I be 62yo now, all wore out from ~40yrs as mason. I still use a @ home weight bench w/leg / arm curl attachment every other day. Back in early '80s' I had a comp month to try out Golds gym, chix back then did small amounts of weights if any. They all were slender, & rayher feminine looking before, during, & after their time @ the gym. Not lately I see. What a waste. Young men of today are being stole of actual womanhood.
