TikToker fakes his own death just to troll people at funeral

A Belgian TikToker desperate for the attention of strangers had the galaxy-brained idea of faking his own death just to troll the grieving people at his own funeral.

David Baerten, who goes by Ragnar le Fou on TikTok, claims he intended to teach people a lesson about the importance of staying in touch. Yet that doesn’t explain why he then crashed his own funeral in a helicopter, shouting ‘Psyche!’, ‘LOL!,’ and other hilarious japeries (probably). He did have the good grace, however, to inform his wife and kids about the stunt beforehand, with his daughter almost giving the game away by paying tribute to her late dad a few days before he actually ‘died’.

To no one’s surprise, the stunt went down like a bucket of cold sick, with viewers calling for boycotts and for le Fou to be banned from the platform. Le Fou has since appeared to delete his TikTok account, his social media career being the only thing to have genuinely died.
