Time To Make a Decision

So evidently, females in aggregate operate on a multi-generational cycle as a group, and spoil like a bushel of apples. You MIGHT find one good apple in a spoiled bushel, but you'd better find it quickly for it won't last another hour. And who doesn't love a fresh, unspoiled bushel of apples? It can nourish a whole group. Sadly, even some males succumb to the effects of ethylene and become pansies. This spoiled crop of apples must be repurposed for cider vinegar most likely. Then we'll be waiting some time before the next fresh crop grows and is harvested. Enjoy the ferment with a little care and innovation.
