It's pretty solid nutrition...... Going basic at the moment, it's 40 + C outside today... Cold Cabbage slices with hommus = Pretty Damned Good.

Also getting fresh FROZEN vegetables, soak in cold water to faster thaw, and then add organic apple cider vinegar and olive oil... = Instant Fresh Vegetable Salad.

I have a mouse that jumps around a bit and closes web tabs..... ANYWAY - reviving what was lost.... that sauce - I'd be mashing it into a dipping soup with a mortar and pestle - there are too many GOOD fresh ingredients in it, to not add it all to everything...
