Also, I prefer a simple Tai Chi routine over yoga. I'd bet they're comparable in this regard.
I'm surprised this vid didn't mention Peanut Oil, which is well known for helping joint pain topically.
Be careful with your sourcing of Turmeric. Much of it in the USA comes from India where they've for centuries polluted their soil with lead due to their farming methods, so Turmeric from India is loaded with lead. What makes it egregiously worse even, is that they ADD more lead to their Turmeric because it makes the auburn color more brilliant. Avoid Turmeric from India.
