Damn... Grim that puzzle with the snake... I think you almost had it. move the first white block like you had and then the first fan to the white block. Get the snake into the middle... then push the second white block up. While the snake is in the middle step on the flashing squares and then move up into the path not pushing any of the fans and push the white block in a knights move and then into place to trap the snake... then get the bomb. You'll trap the snake, but I am not sure you can get out..
