Truckers Retreat from US-Canada Crossings as Trudeau Invokes Emergencies Act

Protests over COVID restrictions at the US-Canada border have mostly dispersed following PM Trudeau’s move to invoke the Emergencies Act in a bid to end the movement. However, hundreds of trucks continue to block roads in downtown Ottawa.
