Trump Tariffs WIN, Mexico ENDS Migrant Caravans Heading To US Over Trump Threat

there was a conversation i had roughly a week ago who told me that the teriffs will make us all poor, and i didn't fully understand how the tariffs worked at the time, well i did a little research and it turned out he was right, but what he didn't understand is it wouldn't be us that would be effected by that poverty, it would be the other nation who is mostly effected as they would have to pay huge amounts to sell to us.

and i didn't know this, but most countries goods go to America, which would put them at a serious disadvantage if they didn't bend the knee for whatever Trump wants from them.

but when you learn Trumps strategy in how he used them, the tariffs function almost like a bluff, but he could also be completely serious as well and other nations could suffer very much if they don't do what Trump wants outside of the whole teriff deal, so that's how he was able to get these other parts of the world to bend the knee to his demands.

then when you understand the businesses that are American moved out of the country, they realize if they don't move back to America, they too will be effected by the tariffs if they don't move back in time, last time Trump was called by all these companies with them begging to delay these tariffs so they made a deal with Trump to move back to America so they could avoid being hit by the teriff.

so now i understand the saying "everyone else is playing checkers while trump is playing 4d chess" because he's thinking 12 moves ahead of them, while they are only thinking of the 1 move.
