Ukrainian FM in India after ‘weak intellectual potential’ comment from Zelensky’s adviser

Ukraine foreign minister Dmitry Kuleba is in New Delhi apparently trying to enhance relations with India. Will he be able to achieve success taking into account that last year Zelensky’s presidential adviser Mikhail Podolyak called China and India countries with ‘weak intellectual potential’?
