Ukrainian HIMARS attack leaves four dead at Kherson river crossing

A Ukrainian attack that, according to authorities in Kherson, used 12 HIMARS rockets, 11 of which were intercepted, has left four people dead and more injured at a civilian crossing point on the Dnepr River in Kherson. RT's Igor Zhdanov reports from southern Russia, where residents are being relocated from Kherson.
