Ukrainian troops surrender at border crossing

A group of around 30 Ukrainian Army personnel, employees of the country’s Border and Customs Service, have surrendered to Russian forces at a border vehicle checkpoint in the Bryansk region. The servicemen will be able to return home after identification is confirmed, and they agree to a written refusal of further participation in hostilities, the Russian Defense Ministry has stated in a press release.
