US Ambassador apologizes for claims against South Africa over arms shipment

The commander of South Africa’s ground forces, Lieutenant General Lawrence Mbatha, visits Moscow for talks, just days after Washington backtracked on its accusation that the country secretly provides weapons to Russia.
