US sanctions only opened new opportunities for Iran to progress – Iranian FM

Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has arrived in Moscow for talks on the international nuclear deal, as well as the situation in Syria and Afghanistan. Speaking to RT, the visiting top diplomat criticized US sanctions against his country - and praised the growing economic co-operation between Iran and Russia.
