No. The government needs to spend that money say on our collapsing bridges and aging highways with contractors not hiring or using women engineers and absolutely stop sending money to foreign aid. I do say like with South Korea and Japan we need to keep a military presence for the moment but if "foreign aid" to them is the rent price for said required presence... then okay. It's better than what it was. Plus, rebuilding or fortifying said bridges employs Americans, and we get some of that back in taxes.

Yes! End foreign aid and NGOs. There should be less NGOs and they should exist internationally without any governmental strings attached: Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders, and Medicos San Frontieres. Keep the slimy CIA and equivalent agencies out of it.
