Vietnamese Pork Rolls - (can be) Superfood of the Gods

I just love these with LOADS and LOADS of finely sliced chillies...

These are SO hard to get - because they are only made in places 100's of K's away... But I spent a few years in an area of Melbourne that had lots of the Vietnamese bakeries, but it had THE ONE, with the ONE person, who made them just so with a dash of soya sauce and fish sauce.. AND lots of chillies... cause I asked for them....

They were heaven on a stick - two of these for breakfast every morning on the way to work...

When Greggo was opening his mouth to take a HUGE bite on the Vietnamese Pork Roll - I found myself doing it too....

Just how good these really can be - completely depends upon the shop that is making them... and your personal tastes... AND the person who makes them.

They can range from being all right - it's a feed, to being one of the BEST foods in the world....

Seriously fucking good.
