Vigil held for massacre victims in Congo

Congo's government has dramatically increased the death toll from a massacre that happened last week in Kishishe village. The carnage has been blamed on M23 rebels. 270 people have been killed in the attack that broke a fragile cease-fire agreement. In Goma, members of social movements and residents of the city held a vigil to remember the victims.
