I understand why men hold this decision for the incision. Despite rechanneling, vasectomy should be regarded as a permanent solution. It's in nature for men to have their own families. I too waited 20 years before finally doing it. No regrets, no turning back.
A woman can sue a man for rape regardless of vasectomies or not. Some countries' laws even rule men pay for a child (not their own) support simply for cohabitation.
