West has made market out of trading carbon credits for reducing emissions

A recent UN report says there is currently no chance of limiting the rise in global temperatures, amid concerns that the West’s green agenda has come at Africa's expense – with Western countries trying to fulfil environmentalist policies while keeping their economies humming.
