You CANNOT be arrested and the police in this case are being really over the mark trying to fear porn people. what CRIME has been committed for one? and secondly guidelines are NOT law or legislation, they are adaptable ADVICE.
They are not going to deal with anything because there is no law broken they are actually the trespassers because they are on a fence private area where NO law has been broken. a guideline is not law. If they had done this properly they should have knocked on the front door and asked first and them explained guidelines NOT that any guideline can be infringed on. Taking their view they can walk into your property and with no validation start handing out fines because you EXIST. Tell ya what? i'm just waiting for the national backlash. some people may remember the 1980's miners strike backlash on the police brutality? That will be NOTHING compared to what police and their families are going to experience.
Toi anyone who knows coppers and their families watch them and note and shop every infringement they make, because I'm sure those SNOWF:LAKES will abuse their false Authority to the limit?
These coppers were out of order. Nobody respects Police anyway but will covid 19 ALL trust will now evaporate. I would love people who now coppers and their families to shop them when they break anything like distancing? I hope coppers and their families suffer at the end of the day? if I saw a police car crash or a copper get knocked own or assaulty I would just drive past or walk the other way. that's how it has become and I have NEVER been or got involved with then ever but I just get the feeling for safety that they should be avoided at all cost's
The lady is right that may be a communal area, but it is for Rent or mortgage paying residence only. the police ARE the intruders and have no law only a guideline to say they can go and insult people in their own garden area.
I suggest the police before marching into private spaces where NO Crime has been committed stop and read the guidelines these Police Cunts are supposed to be abiding by, before they try telling US who are abiding by it that we are in the wrong. i personally wouldn't waste my piss on a ciopper if it was on fire! lol!

what a bunch of dumb phuckin twits..... if these asshats tried this on my property my dogs would have definetly made them think twice about setting one foot on my land, considering I have "Posted NO Trespassing" & "Beware of "Guard Dog" they would have gotten every little bit coming to them..... or should I say bite...... LOL
