Notice how she had to have the weight-loss surgery to lose weight? I've lost 200lbs over the last 3 years with no surgery! I'm not bragging, just making a point! I got tired of being a fat pig and did something about it by eating less and exercising, it's really not that difficult!

I'll never understand how anyone let's themselves go like that physically. Even if you're a couch potato just eat less food. I rarely eat fast/junk food so that helps. It's like people who buy electric scooters. They reduce their caloric expenditure, moving around, yet keep eating the same amount of calories. So many afflictions are self-inflicted by poor choices. Not criticizing her or anyone else just an observation of reality.
