They always refer to the same frustrated kid from a decade ago, & I now question EVERY narrative, including that one. @TripeSwing: i hear ya, i was a loyal soldier to the nuclear family and system, went to college cause "thats what you do" got my degree and realized i just couldnt do it, became a addiction cousnelor and couldnt make it one week, now im switching careers, if I just "tried harder" i probably would have shot myself in my office cause of the "pressure" to perform, and during me being a counselor i DID have dreams of me killing myself in my office, when i quit my counseling job the dreams went away..... :|

@TheRedKnight: Congratulations. Learning to eat well is key to being happy. I've never struggled much in that area thank God. I am a big advocate of intermittent zero calorie fasting. The longest one I did was 6 days, & many shorter. Bragg, the guy from Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar wrote many mostly articles/pamphlets on the benefits of fasting. The hardest part is the first 2 days. After that your body switches to detox mode & you start shitting like crazy & even sweating out toxins. It can get kinda foul, but the cleansing is awesome. On that count, there are a couple of examples over the last 25 years, both from England, that lost 300+ lbs by fasting for a whole year, with doctor's supervision. It can be done. Look up thos e articles. You'll find when your fast hits its stride that your body starts eliminating as if programmed to do so. Read up on it.

@TripeSwing: COOL :D yeah ive been looking into fasting for religious but also health reasons. ive also been drinking more and more water, been cutting out lots of energy drinks and stuff, feeling better. :) thank you for your advice and thanks for giving my channel a shot! :D

@TheRedKnight: Just remember when KS died (it was determined to be from Hypertension), he always drank Red Bull on his podcasts, though he seemed relatively "healthy". That shit used to make my heart race, so I gave it up, along with soft drinks as far back as the mid '80s. Mostly water now, with an occasional beer or wine with a meal.

@sauger1001: yes KS, he died the week of my birthday, i was at work that day, man what a sad day, yes ive been fasting from energy drinks im doing great :D
