How many times have we relapsed?
A relapse could be defined as "to fall or slip back into a former state, practice, etc". And this is exactly what I'm going to talk about in this video...
I've talked several times about how easy it is for someone to get off track and get back to its original state and how it represents such a fallback.
This is why we need to be aware of relapses and understand it as part of the process, but don't let it drag us down the road again... How many times have you seen athletes just go down the road they've built for themselves? And this happens a lot!
