Think about. Jethro is a wise priest serving communities near the Mountain of God, El Shadid wasn't it what Moses called God El, "The God of the mountain." So, God El has two mountains: Mount Sinai as the burning bush and The Mount Isaac almost died on Moira or something where David's City ie Jerusalem was built upon it. Jethro is literally in God El's vicinity... the whole time.
