It needs to be engorced especially it's death punishing crimes, ie treason including election meddling (Lame Stream media) and election cheating (namely Demoncrats.) Period.

@WMHarrison94: I don't remember reading anything in it that calls for death. If the juridiction in which someone is tried, and the sentencing judge sees fit, so be it. The Constitution defers anything along the lines of penalties to be in accordence of Law. Article 1. Section 3. (last line of the last paragraph) "...the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law."

@GenerationLESS: I forget the exact spot, but in the Constitution when talks about elections (I think it is Presidential elections-don't quote me though) it states plainly that election meddling (ie Lame Stream media News lying about Hunter Biden's laptop and his sister's pedo journal) and election cheating (ie 2020) both are considered treason and punishable by death.
