ya, just watched the old movie Cujo about a rabid st bernard.. The principal femon played by Dee Wallace, , married with young son,, was fcuking around with the friend of family / handyman.. Being the virtuous one after having cheated while married with child, , she broke it off with the man once he'd had a taste of her body and willingness to cheat.. which brought his wanton need for her to the forefront .. creating the inevitable confrontation.. They played these scenarios out in our "entertainment" repeatedly.. it's called anti-family propaganda imo..monkey see monkey do.. just like the behavior of letting an outsider move in with a couple. .lol.. My opinion is trust nuclear fam.. is natural. and works.. As an adult though imo you watch your past family members like you would a stranger.. Your 31 yo brother is in town,, he can stay at the motel imo.. this isn't the movies and no I do not want you over for Thanksgiving brother.. with my mix and matched family..
