Get rid of those queen size bed, settee and anything that could tempted you back to bringing in a company. Learn and practice minimalism. The only company you may bring in is a working dog. Even so, I would prefer adoption rather than owning a pet.
Can confirm, though apartment living is temporary. Once one is fully recovered, home ownership becomes a thing. Currently 10+ years ahead of the mortgage, thanks to MGTOW financial control.
