I bet that femon is phoning the Police, her husband, or her boyfriend........"they don't need no man"
That truck should have bee level with the lane markings to the cars left befor even moving so the trailer could vlear a 90 degree turn without entering the cars side of the road, this twat drove diagobnally across the juvnction causing this incident totally. there's a widw curb to the right he cou;ld have steered the cab into at 90 degree's and this would never have happened, plenty of other trucks manage the same tyhing every day without writting cars off?
The Truck most definitely, OPK the car was being driven by a femon but she was stationary and signaling right and was even back from the give way line, the truck should have waited and let that lane clear first. The front wheels of the truck were even over the line on the wrong side of the road, he had at least 3 foot of free space on the passenger side to clear the trailer wheels from crossing the give way line even. It is a rather old clip now, but the truck was at fault.. I've seen a couple of otyher clips where a truck has done exactly the same to a scooter rider and a Cyclist. I always wondered if the driver of the truck was a femon?
It looks like she was behind the stop line, and by the end of the video you can see the truck trailer's rear tires were really deep into the lane...almost enough to even hit the second car. I'd say it was the truck driver from Bangladesh who is at fault. We have a lot of semi-truck drivers in America that are towel heads, and they drive like shit.
Well, I know you have to give truckers a wide way. but at the same time i don't know if the trucker was even trying to avoid the car.
Need a brides eye view of the situation here.
Do they have stop lines painted on the pavement there? That's usually how they determine if a car was too far out in the intersection. Since femons are usually in hurry to go no place, she probably was too far out.
