Why Do I Read So Many Books?

So, due to the amount of book reviews I do, I often receive a lot of questions from people asking me "John, how do you read so many books?". Besides that, people ask me "John, why do you read so many books?"

Some people think that reading so many books like that will do nothing for me. How can you possibly remember everything you've read?
