They were always characterized by their Multi-colored or bleached-blonde Spiky or other quirky hairstyles, their affinity for tight, torn skinny-jeans or trap pants, leather or denim jackets, guaged ears, facial piercings, dark colored lipstick or eyeliner, beat up Vans or Converse sneakers and followed weird psudo-edgy figures like Jack Skellington or Marilyn Manson. They always had a sardonic, apathetic, try-hard Edginess about themselves. After being involved with several of these girls in both short and long term relationships, as well as knowing Many of them throughout my life, I have come to several conclusions about them, as well as warnings to any young men out there. To put it bluntly the truth about Alt Girls is that they are easily some of the worst, if not THE worst women out there, even by the standards of today's western women. They were all-invariably massive chameleons who needed a group to fit into. Most didn't even know or care about the music or art of their subculture, but simply wanted more attention than the average women, by being one of the few females in their scene. and would often jump from one Subculture group to another depending on which one was more edgy or popular. They had huge pools of beta orbiters, as these subculture groups tended to be full of easily manipulated beta male schmucks just happy to give them attention thinking they would get lucky when the rock-star or Chad they were banging got sick of them. Often acting and behaving a lot more skanky than the average girl. The few that I did manage to take to bed however, were never anything special, never worth the wait or hoops I had to jump through.

In the 90s where I was in the MidWest, we had some hot goth girls, but we also had the rally bitchy Satanists: I went head to head with them. Hateful bitches not worth fucking, dating , Hell not even flirting... We did have a couple of really artistic ones; sometimes, they were nerdy and cute maybe occasionally hot! The Hateful ones as you said had that resting bitch face,: fuck, I think they invented it! Maybe it was just me, but I grew up surrounded by pussy: I guess you could say like a bloodhound I could sniff out the evil, hateful ones. Now, I wonder if it was some kind of psychic gift? I mean some psychologists and parapsychologists used to argue that detectives had a psychic hunch they developed. I was literally surround by aunts, sister, and female cousins most of my younger days toddler and up...

I guess being around evil allows you to develop it: Not that all women are evil, you know "Like Eve!" I am now coming to the conclusion that evil people develop evil facades or visages because the evilness, their inner hatred, and perhaps demonic overtones reshape their appearance. The way Owen Benjamin talks about his dad in his older age from lying as an advertiser I think... it effect his appearance; he''s like a little troll according to Owen. His nose grew disproportionately larger. So, you may be onto to something with your series. Though, I think you might become disappointed like TFM on his NAWALT hunting days! There she blows! Ready the harpoon! Though Terrence Popp had the best excuse for hog slaying, "'Cause I like lasagna!" Sheep gonna sheeple bro.

I gotta disagree, but keep in mind that I’m kinda older. I dated a lot of goth girls and learned a lot of cool shit from them. One taught me how to cook. I learned how to cook Thai food, how to cook a steak that still had some pink, learned how to make sushi, drank together downtown and attended some cool concerts. She was there for me when my grandmother and mom died and was a pretty decent person. Things didn’t work out, and it hurt me a lot but I don’t hold any ill will or bad feelings toward her. I actually owe her a debt. She was there when my world was falling apart and my family abandoned me. I can’t say that for many people.
Mind you, I’m a goth and have been for quite some time. When you can talk with an attractive woman about philosophy, you can understand these are steps above the average that has a shitty personality and a smelly pussy. Mind you, as the ones with grey matter age out the ones without come in, so I cannot tell you about the current state.
But in my appraisal they are better than average in all categories. Better music, better dress, better attitude, better in bed ( the girl that taught me how to cook let me take her A card), less bitchy and generally more fun.
Would I date a goth girl again?
Yes. Without doubt.
But as an older man, I have less tolerance for stupid behavior or antics. Remember that even a well trained dog is still a dog.
