Well duh. The peasants have been overbreeding. While half of humans refuse to do any real work to produce anything. You have Gov, cops, military, women, internet e-beggars, single moms, disability scammers, investors, and management to name some. All these people refuse to pick up a tool and get working. They expect free handouts. There's too many mouths to feed already. Evil runs the human society on Earth (Gov and management types) so there's no reason to reproduce for the 99%. We're just slaves paying taxes and benefiting mega corporations.
I like to believe your God wouldn't want new innocent life being brought into this hellscape just to suffer under the thumb of Govs. Also women are by default evil. So you produce a new female baby demon, or a boy who will have a terrible life of suffering.
If you do have a child the State/Fed/Pharma mafia owns it, not you. You need to eliminate the evil first but that will never happen because huge numbers of peasants are cowards who sign up for police and military because it pays well and it attracts pussy they otherwise can not get.
