It seems the majority of people at some point in their life enter a workplace that is less than desirable, not due to the job itself, but the people. In this video I go over an interesting study finding that it may be the case the hiring managers actually select for job candidates higher in the Dark Triad when earnings management is needed. If this is the case, it surely explains at least part of why so many people end up with horrible bosses.
